My name is Alicia Crank, and I am campaigning for one of four seats on the Mountain View City Council. I've served, volunteered and lived as a renter in Mountain View for over a decade. What I love about our city is its riches in diversity: culturally, socially, economically. This is followed by diversity of services offered to our community and the overall quality of life.
My goals as your Councilmember are simply this: to give a voice to those who don't feel heard and to put the needs of the community back on the front burner in the city's decision-making process. Our Council, our “Board of Directors”, must represent and echo the makeup of our City. The current and future planning in Mountain View needs to fit around the community.
Overall, my main focus is to put the "Community First".
Let's put a stronger emphasis on public safety and eliminating community disconnect.
I invite you to take a few minutes to tour my website to learn more about who I am, what the key positions of my campaign are, and the various ways you can contact me with questions or feedback.
